Calmness is the enemy of Chaos , you have the ability to control. What we are victims of, is our own chaos versus our logic. Logic will tell you when you have calmness however, it is very difficult to create calmness because emotion will fight you all the time. if your goal is calmness, be ready to do battle your emotions ,you can win it , will not seem worth it till the end only once you achieve it , it is Makavelian , you can be fooled into a false sense of confidence along the way. Perception is not reality.awarement is reality. #calmness #Chaos
